Our Executive Search Process
Our executive search process subscribes to a simple model. We conduct a client Needs Assessment to determine the engagement parameters. andre david & associates, inc. will then develop a Strategy Map to determine the direction and focus of the research on targeted organizations and prospective candidates.
As candidates are screened and interviewed, we will prepare a Progress Report. If specific issues hamper the search as it is being conducted, we will work in conjunction with you to resolve them. Following our initial screening process, a Candidate Slate will be presented and interviews will be scheduled. As references and degrees are verified, we will prepare the candidate and assist in the Offer Presentation.
We continue our support and service for a 3-month period after the search engagement has been completed. andre david & associates, inc. will follow-up with you and the newly hired executive to assist in the assimilation period.
