Terry Patch [ Founder & President ]

Terry Patch established andre david & associates, inc. in 1985 to provide executive search and human resources consulting services to corporations in varied industries on a national level.

Terry holds a master’s degree in human resources from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois. He began his human resources career at Argonne National Laboratory, a research facility in Argonne, Illinois, and continued his career at Frito-Lay, Inc in several locations. His broad and diverse experience in specialist assignments includes labor relations, staffing, training, and compensation. Terry’s wide range of human resources experiences provides andre david & associates, inc. with the ability to consider their clients’ entire organization when selecting candidates or providing human resources consulting services. Terry has complemented these experiences with training in alternative dispute resolution with certification from Southern Methodist University.
